Peter Gregory Blaxland

Background

With 50 years experience in trade consulting, specialising in customs tariff, valuation and preference advice, Peter is the éminence grisof Standard Lifeboat. Quite an achievement, given all the facilitators being quite "gris". His training and certification by the global leader in quality assessement, the Geneva-based SGS(the Société Générale de Surveillance), providing certainty of quality outcomes.

Peter has been involved at management level in Customs, Airfreight, Container Transport, Warehousing and Distribution in his various rôles as a Divisional Manager, Warehousing and Distribution of TNT-Rudders Ltd, Managing Director of Interport Storage Australia Pty Ltd, Director, Interport Sydney Pty Ltd and Interport Jetair Pty Ltd, and was the first business mentor to David Livingstone on his appointment as General Manager of Interport Jetair in 1972 - and ever since.

Frank's association with David Livingstone began with working closely, as customer and vendor, on an aggressive program of technological innovation in newspaper editorial, advertising and pagination within the John Fairfax Group, leading to a friendship and the professional collaboration today.

David Stanley Livingstone

Background

With more than 50 years in management, 35 years of that in information technology, David was the inaugural President of the Australian Computer Industry Association, has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a major in Information Technology, and is a Masters candidate in Business Management.
David is co-founder of The officeFocus™ Condominium, the members of which provide specialist technical support, Web 2.0 development, graphic arts and management services to not-for-profit and commercial organisations.
